Each year, thousands of people gather on Legislative Mall in downtown Dover on July 4th to enjoy music and fireworks. This community celebration has grown larger every year and is a wonderful opportunity for food, craft and other vendors.  Community organizations and non-profits are encouraged to take advantage of this low-cost outreach opportunity.
